2022 Intervening Code Adoption Cycle
Code Change submittals are publicly reviewed during each phase of the code adoption cycle.
CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS 2022 INTERVENING CODE ADOPTION CYCLE PROCESS
The deadline for state agencies to submit proposed code changes to CBSC for the 2022 Intervening Code Adoption Cycle is December 1, 2022. The proposed code changes are for the adoption of regulations into the California Building Standards Code, California Code of Regulations, Title 24. The proposed code change submittals, including the text of the proposed changes and a detailed justification, and the phases of the 2022 code adoption cycle are available through the links on the right as they become available. These code changes will result in supplements to the 2022 edition of Title 24, effective July 1, 2024.
